How Do I place My Order?
You can place your order online, by phone or by fax.

What If I Have Placed An Order Before?
If you are matching a finish from a previous order, please be aware that all of our finishes are hand applied and all of our glass is poured and mixed by hand, so your fixture will vary from your previous order, what appears in our catalog, and from fixture to fixture.  For additional information please contact our office.

How Do I Pay For My Order?
A 50% credit card deposit is required to start your order.  As soon as your order is complete your credit card will be run for the remaining balance plus shipping charges. (Taxes will be applied for CA residents.)  Orders paid by check require full payment which includes the cost of the fixtures, freight costs and allowable taxes before we begin production. 

When Will I Receive My Order?
Lead time on most fixtures is 6 weeks from the date your deposit is received. Custom or modified fixtures can take up to 8 weeks.

What If I Need To Change Or Cancel My Order?
Your order may be subject to a 50% restocking charge. Should you need to make an amendment or cancel your order please contact us within 3 business days of the date you placed the order, otherwise production will have already begun and the order will be subject to a 50% restocking charge.
